Joshua sits between Cleburne and Burleson, right in the middle of the area we serve. Bobs Appliance is a second-generation, veteran-owned family business, and Ross, our owner and technician, has more than 20 years of experience repairing appliances.
We work on your appliance right where it is, at home or at your business. Call the office to schedule a visit.
We work on common brands like Whirlpool, Maytag, Samsung, LG, GE, Frigidaire, Kenmore, and KitchenAid. We repair gas appliances as well as electric ones.
One thing to know up front: we don't currently repair refrigerator sealed systems. That's the compressor and refrigerant side of the cooling system. If that's what we find, we'll explain it plainly so you can decide what to do next.
Service calls are $125 or $150, depending on the appliance. We'll confirm the fee when you schedule. If we complete the recommended repair, you pay the repair price we quote you before starting, with no separate service-call charge. If no repair is completed, only the service-call fee applies.
90-day warranty on parts and labor for the repair we did. If that same part fails within 90 days, we'll fix it at no charge.
$20 Off for Veterans, First Responders & Seniors: $20 off any completed repair for veterans, first responders, and seniors. The discount doesn't apply to the service-call fee when no repair is done.

Joshua fun facts
Joshua's railroad station was first called Caddo Peak, after the sandstone hill just northwest of town. The post office turned the name down because another Caddo Peak already existed, so the town reportedly became Joshua instead and got its post office in 1882.

Oliver Perry Arnold, honored with a Johnson County historical marker, spent six years seeking gold in California. Back in Johnson County he served as sheriff and became the first president of the Johnson County Park and Fair Association.
In 1912 the Interurban line between Cleburne and Fort Worth began stopping in Joshua. The first car in town was bought the very next year, in 1913.
