Ross is a Gulf War veteran. He has more than 20 years of appliance repair experience, and he's worked in the trade full time since late 2010.
A Family Business
Ross's dad started the business. Ross carries it on today.

How We Work
We explain what's going on in plain words.
We give you an honest diagnosis, and we keep the price fair.
When it's a question of repair or replace, Ross tells you what he'd do in his own house. Then you decide.
Our Repair Warranty
90-day warranty on parts and labor for the repair we did. If that same part fails within 90 days, we'll fix it at no charge.

These are some good people! Ross is honest and was very nice, hard to come by nowadays. Reasonable prices too. Hope to never need a repair company again but if I do I’m not gonna hesitate to call Bobs Appliance again.

Bob came out and diagnosed the problem with my washer and came back today with the part needed . This guy is so smart, mechanically inclined , and knows his stuff. The price was very fair. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
