What areas do you serve?
We serve Rio Vista, Cleburne, Keene, Alvarado, Burleson, Joshua, Godley, Bono, Blum, Itasca, Grandview, and Covington, Texas. Somewhere else nearby? Call the office at 817-774-0062 to check.
What appliances do you repair?
Washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, and wall ovens, including double ovens.
Do you work on gas appliances?
Yes. We repair gas appliances as well as electric ones.
Do you repair refrigerator sealed systems?
Not currently. The sealed system is the compressor and refrigerant side of the cooling system. If that's what we find, we'll explain it plainly so you can decide what to do next.
What brands do you work on?
We work on common brands like Whirlpool, Maytag, Samsung, LG, and GE. Not sure about yours? Call the office.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. We repair appliances in your home or business.
What should I have ready when I call?
The brand of the appliance, what it's doing or not doing, any error codes on the display, and a photo of the model and serial number tag if it's easy to get to.
Do I need to find the model and serial number tag before I book?
No. Can't find the tag? No problem. You can still book a visit.
Should I move the appliance or take off a panel to find the tag?
No. Please don't move the appliance or take off any panels.
Can I send photos or a video?
Yes. If you have a video or a helpful photo, the office will explain how to send it when you make your appointment.
Should I repair my appliance or replace it?
It depends. Ross will tell you what he'd do if it were in his own house. He looks at build quality, overall condition, what failed, the repair cost compared to a suitable replacement, and whether parts are available. Then you decide.
Do you warranty your repairs?
90-day warranty on parts and labor for the repair we did. If that same part fails within 90 days, we'll fix it at no charge.
What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
How do I book a repair?

Is Bobs Appliance veteran-owned?
Yes. Owner Ross is a Gulf War veteran, and the business is second-generation. His dad started it.

Bob came out and diagnosed the problem with my washer and came back today with the part needed . This guy is so smart, mechanically inclined , and knows his stuff. The price was very fair. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
