Appliance Help for Blum

Out in the northwest corner of Hill County, Blum is one of the towns we drive to from our base in the Cleburne area. Bobs Appliance is a second-generation, veteran-owned family business, and Ross, our owner and technician, has more than 20 years of appliance repair behind him.

We do the work at your place, so the washer or fridge stays put. Give the office a call to get on the schedule.

What We Repair in Blum

We work on common brands like Whirlpool, Maytag, Samsung, LG, GE, Frigidaire, Kenmore, and KitchenAid. We repair gas appliances as well as electric ones.

One thing to know up front: we don't currently repair refrigerator sealed systems. That's the compressor and refrigerant side of the cooling system. If that's what we find, we'll explain it plainly so you can decide what to do next.

Service Calls and Our Repair Warranty

Service calls are $125 or $150, depending on the appliance. We'll confirm the fee when you schedule. If we complete the recommended repair, you pay the repair price we quote you before starting, with no separate service-call charge. If no repair is completed, only the service-call fee applies.

90-day warranty on parts and labor for the repair we did. If that same part fails within 90 days, we'll fix it at no charge.

What Our Customers Say

Bob came out and diagnosed the problem with my washer and came back today with the part needed . This guy is so smart, mechanically inclined , and knows his stuff. The price was very fair. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Before You Call

It helps to have a few things handy:

  • The brand of the appliance.
  • What it's doing, or not doing.
  • Any error codes on the display.
  • A photo of the model and serial number tag, if it's easy to get to.

Can't find the tag? No problem. You can still book a visit.

If you have a video or a helpful photo, the office will explain how to send it when you make your appointment.

Please don't move the appliance or take off any panels to get any of this.
